POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Specialist Indian Curry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at The Marquess of Exeter . The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Indian cuisine, particularly curry preparation, and will be responsible for delivering authentic and flavorful Indian dishes. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality meals that align with our menu’s innovative blend of traditional and modern flavors.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Curry Chef specializing in Indian cuisine, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or pub setting.
  • Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and traditional curry preparation techniques from various regions of India.
  • Education: Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience in Indian cuisine.
