Description du poste Manages the Industrial Engineering Team within his structure Organizes and carries out activities within his / her area of responsibility Supports the Head of Production Engineering in planning resources & investments for his or her respective function / team (additional and replacements) Supports the planning and management of investment budget for production equipment related to running production and or customer projects Development, planning, standardization and realization of equipment and production processes / procedures Ensures the implementation of defined standards relating to equipment, processes, software and systems within the Plant Engineering organisation. Conducts the implementation of lessons learned, best practice and actively shares the information within the Production Management network Defines and performs training sessions for his/her team in order to improve skills and performance level Provides support in escalation topics from projects /quality complaints Escalates according to defined escalation paths Provides regular reports to respective superior or customer project team Is responsible for People Management of the area of responsibility (resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, monitoring) Qualifications Level of Education: Bac+5, Master’s degree, Engineer.
