Job Description This Knoxville, TN based role is pivotal in designing engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences that support employee growth, compliance, and performance across the organization. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into impactful training solutions. Essential Job Functions Design and develop instructional materials for in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning formats (e.g., eLearning, videos, job aids, workshops) Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to recommend learning solutions Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies to create engaging content Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics Qualifications Bachelor's Degree At least 3 Years experience Graphic design or video editing experience Familiarity with agile development or rapid prototyping; tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar Additional Information Nation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision 401(k) and Flexible Spending Accounts Employee Fuel Discount Adoption Assistance Tuition Reimbursement Onsite Gym and Cafeteria Weekly Pay All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
