Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose complex medical conditions in adult patients. Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring continuity of care for patients. Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to facilitate integrated care. Educate patients about disease prevention, management, and health maintenance practices. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research to enhance care practices. Stay current with the latest advancements in internal medicine and clinical guidelines. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completion of an Internal Medicine residency program. Valid medical license to practice in the state. Board certification in Internal Medicine is required. A minimum of 4 years of experience in an internal medicine or primary care setting preferred. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in managing a wide range of medical conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions. Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to evidence-based practices.
