7+ years in IT service delivery, technical operations, or networking.
2+ years in infrastructure planning and support across multi-site networks.
Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure project delivery.
Strong knowledge of PC/server hardware, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012+, Active Directory, and enterprise networks (MPLS, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with ITSM processes and troubleshooting.
Skilled at translating business needs into technical solutions.
Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
Flexible to work evenings/weekends and in industrial environments.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and appropriate automobile insurance required.
Able to work in varied environments (e.g., ladders, rooftops, crawl spaces, all weather) while maintaining safety requirements.
Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs; assist with up to 200 lbs.
Comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., bending, climbing, kneeling, typing, driving).
Able and willing to travel to locations in Canada and the US if the need arises.
The salary range for this position is: $69,000.00-$86,000.00
