Promote consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across the portfolio through strong analytical and organizational practices. What We Seek: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or an equivalent discipline. At least 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, portfolio support, PMO operations, or related IT functions. Solid understanding of SDLC practices across both traditional and iterative development models. Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate across distributed global teams. Consistent attention to detail and commitment to process excellence. Ability to operate effectively across multiple workstreams in a dynamic, evolving environment. Outstanding Candidates Will Have: Hands-on experience with Smartsheet development including automations, reporting, and dashboard creation. Experience administering Jira workflows, fields, and configurations. Exposure to business analysis or data analytics practices that support requirements clarity and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with project or portfolio governance frameworks in mid to large-scale organizations. Professional certifications such as CAPM, Agile Fundamentals, or equivalent.
