Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Specialist Vendor Operations - Key Accounts to join our dynamic team and contribute to our expanding endeavors. He/she will be accountable for the day-to-day activities and supporting the local Operations Manager & Key Account Managers for Pharmacies in the execution of priorities and tasks for key accounts. Main point of contact for vendors ensuring any changes, issues or requests are completed and tracked If you possess leadership qualities and are seeking a fresh challenge, an opportunity awaits you within our international workplace. What’s On Your Plate? Own key account on-boarding processes including scanning inventory for catalogue creation & ensuring 100% accuracy and completion of assortment information setting up branches across platforms & setting up opening hours for Pharmacies Coordinating monthly scanning dates for selected accounts and ensuring actions are taken immediately (updating catalogue, price changes etc) Actioning vendor changes i.e. opening hours, contact numbers, assortment Responsible for updating vendor's assortment catalogue and integrations process for assortment, inventory management & price updates Regularly reviewing vendor's assortment looking at orders generated & top out-of-stock worst offenders; sharing reports with the local ops manager Generating performance reports supported with detailed data analysis to drive the right focus on key improvement areas Regularly visiting vendors to build strong on-the-ground relationships and leverage these to drive improvements, understand key pain points and best practices Provide operational oversight on vendors' performance Daily review of performance & monitoring of inventory/price updates, identifying any issues and resolving to ensure correct availability & prices Responsible for ensuring vendors have the right training, tools (devices etc) and processes in place ensuring local tracking, implementation and vendors compliance Vendors' point of contact for any technical or process issues, creating incident tickets / providing guidance/solutions immediately Collaborate with other VCs within the market and across the region for best practices and lessons learned Consistently able to priorities by focusing on high-impact/critical tasks and multi-task Ability to react to local market issues with appropriate solutions and escalate to local Ops Manager, where necessary Communicating key trends, opportunities and issues effectively to local operations managers and key account managers Qualifications What Did We Order? Strong vendor operational knowledge Ability to document processes and guidelines Ability to work with data and highlight key insights Ability to solve minor issues efficiently, understand which issues require escalation and propose documents/changes to mitigate Ability to build relationships, motivate peers and manage upwards 3+ years experience in an operational role Understands grocery operations Ability to build relationships, motivate peers and manage upwards Pharmacy or Biotechnology graduate is a plus.
