Description
Responsible for the coordination and provision of resources to a team of AEs & technicians to perform “reliability stress” or “reliability testing” (for Product qualification, PM and Backend qualification/evaluation) according to defined procedures, rules, and planned schedule specified in REALIS. Provide Line Control expertise to meet the lab targets and sustaining of the lab processess. To liaise with LLPs/QM on stress & test lab execution planning and commitment. Scheduling & prioritization of planned test starts (Test list in Realis, STATUS = APPLY) and confirm milestone of test starts & feedback scheduled test plan to LLP. Allocation of workload for initial/intermediate readout, review backlogs and define catch-up plan with electrical readout team. Capacity planning & in-time allocation of resources (manpower, machine capacity/ tester time allocation, materials) and Fine Slot planning. Organize team to meet targets (cycle time, staff productivity, error rate). Monitor and report of key performance indicators (DLT, FF, CT, LL, Homemade failure). Coaching and provides operational & technical advice to team. Implementation and maintaining of system & procedures. Troubleshooting / analyses of operational problems and advice on their solution. Review and confirmation of non-conformance (EOS, Missing DUT, Homemade failures) detected during stress / electrical readout and feedback in 8D. Monitoring of disposition of ON-HOLD lots , IPI/IPFA delayed lots. Documentation & update of operational work instruction. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent)/Applied Science or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with minimum 3 years of working experience. Min. 1 year related experience in semiconductor reliability test equipment is preferred.
