Contract Period: Permanent/2-Year Contract   We are looking for a high-caliber professional to join the Lands & Buildings Branch. Reporting to Assistant Lands & Buildings Manager, the appointee will be responsible for following duties:   * Provide accounting support to the Lands & Buildings Branch, including annual budget drafting, account management, and payment processing * Support the preparation and maintenance of land and property management documentation for the CLP portfolio * Maintain accurate filing, processing, and records for property documents, forms, and payment transactions * Conduct market research, perform data analysis, and prepare reports to support land application activities * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support project implementation and daily operations * Handle any other duties as assigned by supervisors   Requirements: * Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma / Professional Diploma in Land Administration / Estate Management / Land Management / Surveying or equivalent * Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years in land / estate administration  * Experience in land administration in New Territories would be an advantage * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility  * Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure * Good communication skills, including both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage * Proficiency in MS Office applications, and database management system * A valid Hong Kong Driving License (class 1/1a and 2/2a) would be an advantage   Candidates with less qualification and/or experience but demonstrating good potential for further development will be considered for a position at lower grade.
