We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Learning & Performance II.  This role is located in Wroclaw. The AI Learning team designs and delivers enterprise-scale AI enablement - helping employees build practical AI skills and convert learning into measurable outcomes. We operate across a mix of certification-aligned learning pathways, live cohort programs, and hands-on project experiences that support both individual productivity and broader business transformation. A flagship part of our portfolio is a structured, cohort-based bootcamp model that combines expert-led sessions, guided practice, and real-world project work. Participants collaborate in teams to prototype solutions, strengthen responsible AI habits, and build confidence applying AI to day-to-day workflows. Alongside delivery, we maintain strong operational discipline and reporting so leaders have clear visibility into participation, progress, and outcomes. This team sits at the intersection of learning, data, and adoption: we work with stakeholders across functions to scale programs effectively, standardize repeatable operations, and continuously improve the learner experience as AI capabilities and business needs evolve.   In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  · Cohort Operations & Program Readiness: Coordinate the operational workflow that enables monthly Bootcamp cohorts to run smoothly—from opening nominations through cohort launch and closeout—ensuring the program is set up for consistent execution at scale. · Participant & Project Data Management: Maintain accurate, complete participant and project records (e.g., roster details, project summaries, team structures), ensuring information is reliable, up-to-date, and usable for planning, communications, and delivery. · Planning, Capacity & Scheduling Support: Support cohort planning activities such as capacity tracking, cohort sizing inputs, segmentation needs (e.g., groups/teams), and readiness artifacts that enable smooth session logistics. · Quality Control & Governance Readiness: Apply data quality checks and maintain an auditable trail of decisions and changes (who is included, changes to rosters, completion status), helping ensure consistency, transparency, and strong operational controls. · Reporting, Dashboards & Insights: Produce recurring reports and stakeholder-ready summaries on participation and outcomes (e.g., enrollment, progress, completion), highlighting trends and insights that support decision-making and program improvement. · Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Document and improve standard operating procedures, templates, and repeatable workflows to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and create a scalable “single source of truth” for the program. · Operational Support During Live Delivery (as needed): Provide light operational/logistics support when cohorts are live—especially where last-minute changes and data accuracy intersect (e.g., final rosters, attendance capture, participant communications).   To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  Must Have: · Flexibility with working hours to support global time zones (some days may shift 11:00–19:00; other days 9:00–17:00). · Advanced Excel skills (data cleaning, pivoting, validation, structured trackers) and strong PowerPoint capability for stakeholder-ready summaries. · Basic data analytics mindset: comfort reconciling datasets, maintaining definitions, and ensuring high quality of data. · High attention to detail and disciplined execution against timelines and cutoffs. · Strong communication and stakeholder management: confident engaging senior stakeholders and communicating clearly to large cohorts (hundreds of participants). · Comfortable supporting live sessions as a host/speaker when needed e.g., welcoming participants, introducing speakers, announcing breaks / transitions, moderating basic Q&A, and responding to common participant questions in a calm, professional way. · Proactive ownership: able to operate independently, flag risks early, and continuously improve processes. · Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment connected to the firm’s AI strategy and priorities. · Ability to work effectively within BNY’s policy (4 days in office), with team-level flexibility where needed. Good to Have: · Power BI (dashboarding, reporting) and/or ability to build Excel macros/automation. · AI-related knowledge (Industry, automation building) · Familiarity with learning program’s structure and certification reporting.   At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn   Here’s a few of our recent awards:  * America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 * World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 * “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
