Job Title: Specialist, Logistics (1Y Contract) Job Description: The Role: We are seeking an accountable logistics professional to support operations at Suwon. This role will be responsible for the end to end logistics process in Korea including global transportation, 3PL management and customs related activities in Korea In this role you will: Oversee of the distribution of finished goods from the manufacturing plant to customers including overseas or internal stock transfer(STO) by collaborating with the plant, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction. Communicate with internal stake holders while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Perform trade compliance activities including products classification, valuation, duty drawback and payment, FTA application, and Country of origin determination for import and export controls Ensure SOX compliance in revenue recognition with GR and GI. Oversee transportation and warehouse Quality and safety management Manage On Time shipment(OTS) performance for both Commit and Request date in SO and STO shipments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procedures, programs and initiatives that drive Operational Excellence Manage global transportation according to DOT Certi, IATA, IMDG Conduct the logistics invoice verification with forwarders and customs brokers Traits we believe make a strong candidate: Min 3 years of experience in the related logistics or Manufacturing environment and equivalent, preferable to Semi industry related. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field Strong business acumen with a process-driven mindset and a focus on customer intimacy. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Intermediate level of speaking and written in English Strong accountability reflected in consistent attendance and daily performance.
