Job Description What's On Your Plate? Own and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring consistent tracking and clear visibility on trends and gaps. Analyze operational and business data to identify performance improvement opportunities. Translate data insights into actionable initiatives with measurable impact on efficiency and customer experience. Design, execute, and evaluate experiments (e.g., A/B tests, pilots) to validate new ideas and solutions. Drive end-to-end ownership of initiatives, from problem identification to execution and post-analysis. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (operations, product, regional) to align on priorities and execution plans. Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and operational strategies across the market. Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable, data-driven solutions. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking frameworks to support decision-making. Present performance insights, recommendations, and updates to senior stakeholders in a structured and clear manner. Ensure strong follow-up on action plans and track impact against defined success metrics. Contribute to continuous improvement of team methodologies, frameworks, and ways of working. Qualifications What did we order? Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus. 2-3 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred. Extensive experience in SQL, Data Analytics tools like tableau, looker etc. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams. Ability to analyse data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports. Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, handle stress, an individual contributor who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make it happen attitude.
