We are CBH.  The Role   We’re offering an exciting Permanent opportunity for a motivated individual to step into the role of Specialist – Logistics Scheduling at the Esperance Terminal.   Roster: Monday to Friday.   Reporting to the Terminal Manager, your key responsibilities will include:    Develop and optimise weekly/daily rail and road schedules using QUINTIQ, aligned to the 6-week rolling plan, utilising the QUINTIQ scheduling system   Schedule/maintain stock flow from receival site to port storage and vessel loading, regularly updating and communicating stock in Port Dates   Monitor port stock, quality and availability levels   Coordinate equipment movements FEL / MLS for the zone  Liaise daily with road/rail providers and zone management on schedule updates  Track and report performance metrics across planning and logistics functions      About You:   Previous experience in logistics and supply chain management  Familiarity with port operations and vessel loading processes (desired)  Exposure to Logistics Scheduler program (highly desired)   Strong attention to detail with ability to problem solve and work under pressure  Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders      Why work with CBH?  Work with a good bunch of people   We are a good bunch of people working together.
