Job Description Role Summary Your mission is to work closely with our CRM team to ensure the execution of projects goes as smoothly as possible. This role will be part of our regional Performance Marketing team looking after all Talabat markets. What’s On Your Plate? ● Ideation of CRM campaigns around the customer lifecycle to meet business needs ● Coordination with Campaign Ops team for launch of CRM campaigns to address challenges faced by local markets (churn increase, frequency drop etc.) ● Forecasting, aligning and monitoring campaign spend and ensuring adherence to monthly, quarterly and annual CRM budgets ● Monitoring lifecycle campaign performance and suggesting optimizations based on best practices and learnings from other markets ● Creating visibility for local marketing teams on performance and cost evolution ● Formulation of data backed hypotheses to optimize ROI from existing flows As a Specialist, you will own and implement CRM campaigns on a country level for talabat. You'll need to be flexible, performance-driven, with an experimentation mindset and able to work with tight deadlines and be willing to be hands-on to get the job done Qualifications What Did We Order? ● Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent, with a strong data focus. ● Minimum 2 years of proven relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced working environment. ● Experience working with SQL, and excellent excel skills. ● Experience in working with CRM and campaign management tools like Braze or similar. ● Being data-driven and passionate about results. Comfortable working with data and reporting campaign performance. ● Good time management skills. ● Fluency in written and spoken English. ● Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. ● Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player.
Responsibilities
The specialist will be responsible for ideating CRM campaigns aligned with customer lifecycle and business needs, coordinating their launch with the Campaign Operations team, and managing associated budgets. This role also involves monitoring campaign performance, suggesting optimizations based on data, and providing visibility on cost evolution to local marketing teams.
