What You’ll Do A Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. Work closely with cross functional teams—including sales, product, and creative—to ensure strategic alignment and impactful marketing initiatives. During a Typical Day, You’ll Event Tools Management: Management of all tools that support events throughout the entire process, such as One Market Calendar, Connect Nominations, GEMs, RSVP, Gather, and Gumdrop. Communication Plan: Management of the communication plan that supports the events (pre, during, and post-event). This includes the external communication funnel for clients and the internal communication funnel for sales teams. Strategic definition of contact points, such as the best dates, inputs, and content for these materials. Review and approval of these materials with the agency. Point of contact (POC) for all communication-related demands: invitations and the event website. Guest Confirmation Flow: Management of the entire guest confirmation flow to ensure good attendance at events. Reports: Generation and analysis of results and sharing of data extracted from reports.
