The Opportunity KOMODO is seeking a Marketing Specialist for the Steam Hardware category. In this role, you will drive marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including online campaigns (campaign management, social media, and influencer marketing), co-promotions with retail partners, direct-to-consumer online sales promotions, and the planning and execution of events (trade shows, hands-on demos, community events, etc). This position offers a valuable opportunity to help expand awareness of some of the world's most popular products across Japan and international markets. In this role, you will take full ownership of marketing initiatives from planning to execution, performance analysis, and optimization, starting with a deep understanding of target audiences and market and trend insights. You are expected to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that consistently drive measurable results. A successful candidate will love crafting fun, creative plans to help customers discover and understand our products and brand, and to have meaningful experiences with them. This role requires listening to customers, understanding trends, and taking an iterative approach to launching campaigns, evaluating their performance, and applying lessons learned to the next one.
