The Payment and Administration Services department handles new and existing customers across departments along the customer journey, fulfilling internal and external regulatory requirements. 

As part of the team, you will be responsible for the master data of our existing customers. This includes everything from opening accounts and securities accounts to updating KYC information that employees from the market departments have gathered from the customer. You will independently manage the data entry and approval processes. To ensure comprehensive customer data management, you will also collaborate with other teams within the Payment and Administration Services department.

What tasks await you? 

• Maintaining master data of existing customers, including name and address changes, company name changes, changes of account manager, etc. 
• Processing routine KYC updates, changes to terms and conditions, and customer deletions
• Opening of Delivery-versus-Payment (DVP) depots including Know Your Customer (KYC) verification
• Setting up accounts and securities accounts (in euros and foreign currencies)
• Contact person for internal clients in German and English

Who are we looking for? 

• Successfully completed banking apprenticeship or completed degree in economics
• Professional experience in a financial institution 
• Very precise and responsible work ethic
• Very good German and English skills
• High service orientation as well as a very precise, responsible, confident, reliable and solution-oriented work style.
