  • Maintenance, creation, modification and management of master data (e.g. suppliers, customers, materials, cost centers and general ledger accounts) according to defined standards and processes.
  • Ensuring high data quality through regular checks, error analyses, and the implementation of appropriate corrective measures.
  • Active participation in the design and further development of Master Data Management processes together with specialist departments and IT.
  • Competent contact person for internal and external partners and suppliers, and ensuring smooth data processes, also in an international environment.
  • Maintenance and management of production-relevant master data (e.g. materials, bills of materials, work plans and production parameters)
  • Monitoring and compliance with internal regulations as well as external guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Support for system rollouts, data migrations and data cleansing projects
  • Participation in testing new systems, applications and workflows to optimize master data processes

A good fit for us | Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of SAP MM and SD, and ideally PP as well.
  • Knowledge of databases and ERP systems
  • Safe handling of MS365 (Excel etc.)
  • High quality awareness, analytical thinking skills and an independent working style
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
