Royal Caribbean Group’s RCG Health has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Specialist Medical Operations reporting to the Director Health Operations Strat & PM
The Medical operations specialist is responsible for supporting the efficient processing and management of medical and public health records and operations This role ensures accuracy in records and budgets supports policy development and compliance and assists in the preparation of executive-level presentations and reports The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills attention to detail and effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related roleProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • including pivot tables
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Responsibilities
  • Process all medical and public health invoices promptly to ensure timely payment
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure all necessary information is included in invoices
  • Assist with vendor setup in the APEX system
  • Process medical records for patients requesting them through our online link
  • Review high-value consumable orders exceeding PAR levels for accuracy
  • Ensure all ships close open and completed orders to maintain accurate budgets
  • Assist with editing and updating SQM policies
  • Follow up on SQM policy rejections and approvalsAssist in preparing executive presentations for the operations committee board book executive KPIs
  • and other reportsSupports a variety of tasks including coordinating travel for the shoreside PH team and onboard traveling public health officers vendor scheduling for onboard visits preparing and updating presentations data entry
  • and other administrative tasks as neededCoordinates fleetwide attendance to Vessel Sanitation Program (VSP) workshops works with crew travel on arrangements and with the VSP coordinator on training component Answer related inquiries and later ensure invoices are approved
