We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Middle Office to join our Middle Office BOLT team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Perform cash and/or collateral reconciliation and/or, * Research and resolve discrepancies between clients and brokers data and/or, * Process various cash related payments. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor’s degree in finance, science or similar, * 0-3 years of relevant work experience, * Knowledge and/or experience in reconciliation is a plus, * Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities, * High level of accuracy and attention to details, * Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, * AI Proficiency preferred.
