An Award winning mortgage brokerage looking for a remote Specialist Mortgage Broker.
We’re an established mortgage brokerage with a high level of leads focused, looking for someone who is motivated in their work while being customer centric.

What we can offer you:

• Remote working with the flexibility of office space if you are local and would prefer to work in the office.
• Uncapped income - warm leads will be provided and you can also take on normal mortgage leads alongside commercial, bridging finance, development, self-build & equity release (if qualified & the position is open to people without this qualification as well)
• Admin support with keying and case managing applications.
• Support with placing cases, underwriting & criteria
• A friendly and fun working environment with on site parking if you chose to use the office space
• Protection - you can advise on protection for your own cases or pass this across to specialist protection advisor and receive commission.

Key Responsibilities for a Specialist Mortgage Broker

• Managing your own work schedule to ensure your clients get the best communication and service
• Verifying client documentation as part of your own due diligence. There is support with this as well.
• Providing excellent advice on a range of regulated and non-regulated products in the mortgage and insurance industry
• liaising with introducers and solicitors to ensure that their relationships are maintained
• Excellent track record in compliance/ file quality

Skills and experience required:

• positive and professional attitude in the workplace
• CeMap qualified or equivalent
• Strong track record in the mortgage and protection sector, where a high submission to completion conversion can be shown.
• 1 years or more experience as a specialist advisor
• Motivated to be successful and maintain a strong relationship with clients.
• Able to work independently, and manage their own workload.
• The ability to generate your own leads would be beneficial but not essential
