We are currently seeking a highly experienced and compassionate specialist NICU to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with a minimum of 5 years' experience. As a specialist in NICU, you will be responsible for the care of critically ill newborn babies and will play a crucial role in their recovery and development. You will work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise and knowledge to make a positive impact on the lives of our little patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: • Providing specialized medical care to critically ill newborn babies in the NICU. • Monitoring and managing the ventilation of premature and sick infants. • Administering medications and treatments according to protocols. • Communicate with parents and keep them informed of their baby's progress. • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement patient care. • Participating in the development and implementation of best practices for NICU care. • Training and supervising junior medical staff and nursing team. • Ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols. • Maintaining accurate medical records and patient documentation. Qualifications and Requirements: • Medical degree from an accredited institution. • Minimum of 5 years experience in NICU with extensive experience in ventilation. • Advanced knowledge and skills in neonatal medicine and procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong commitment to patient care and safety. • Candidates must have a Western education/training.
