ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an experienced Consultant who has:

  • A Specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology deemed substantially comparable to the Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG)
  • Eligibility for Specialist registration with the AHPRA (we provide guidance and support)
  • Demonstrated experience in a Consultant role, including the supervision of junior doctors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £150,000.00-£190,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on Consultant role within a large, collaborative team. A typical week includes:

  • Managing a diverse roster of antenatal and gynaecology clinics, elective theatre (including Caesarean section lists), and labour ward cover
  • Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff
  • Actively contributing to service planning, clinical governance, patient safety reviews, and guideline development
