Responsibilities: You lead an agile team driving sustainable operational improvements across assigned domains within the mine-to-port value chain. This position delivers end-to-end operational excellence initiatives spanning operating systems, performance management, asset optimization, and capability building. He/she leads a squad of Analysts working on priority topics aligned with Business Planning. The role acts as a trusted business partner to operational leaders, translating strategic priorities into actionable improvement plans that deliver measurable results. Required skills: Extensive understanding of Asset Management, Lean principles and six sigma methodologies / Strong background in Continuous improvement; Proven track record leading projects across operations, maintenance, engineering; Strong track record coaching teams in problem solving and continuous improvement; Experience in Lean & CI Tools: Kaizen, A3, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Standard Work; Advanced in Excel, Power BI/Tableau and operational systems; Develop capability in others while maintaining high performance expectations; A minimum 7 years in in mining/industrial operations, with 3-5 years in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or performance management; Advanced analytical thinking, systematic approach, creative solutions; You holder an Engineering degree in Mining, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline / Certified LEAN Black Belt or Six Sigma Black Belt / Additional qualifications in Project Management (PMP) or Asset Management (IAM…).
