As a Specialist Operations International CZ, you will ensure smooth order and contract processing for our customers, with a particular focus on companies in France. You will work at the interface between Sales, IT, Accounting, and our customers, helping to deliver reliable, efficient operations and supporting our transition to a new ERP environment. Job Description: Manage national and international customer orders, including contract administration for group companies including France. Organize and oversee all activities related to contract management. Handle sales inquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly. Process purchase orders for third-party products. Collaborate closely with the Sales, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations. Support the implementation and rollout of the new ERP system Microsoft D365. Requirements / Your profile Minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role or environment. Solid understanding of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Proven experience in operations, order management and/or customer service. Strong command of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent communication skills with a structured, independent, and results-driven working style. Fluency in Czech, French, and English required.
