We are currently seeking a Specialist Orthodontist to join the private sector clientele through our agency. This role demands an experienced orthodontic specialist who is adept at providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a private clinical environment. In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing complex orthodontic cases, utilizing the latest treatment modalities and orthodontic appliances to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving patients' dental aesthetics and functionality, ensuring a superior standard of care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive examinations and assessments to diagnose orthodontic problems. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs and preferences. Employ advanced orthodontic techniques and appliances such as braces, aligners, and retainers to correct malocclusions. Monitor treatment progression regularly, making necessary adjustments to optimize results. Educate patients about their treatment options, oral hygiene practices, and maintenance of orthodontic appliances. Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure integrated patient care where necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in orthodontics and participate in continuous professional development. Valid dental degree with specialist orthodontic qualification and licensure to practice. Substantial experience in private sector orthodontics, with a proven track record of successful case management. Proficiency in modern orthodontic principles, techniques, and appliance use. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage diverse caseloads efficiently.
