This role offers the opportunity to provide expert orthodontic care with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence. As a Specialist Orthodontist in the private sector, you will diagnose, plan, and execute customized orthodontic treatments utilizing the latest techniques and technologies to enhance patients' oral health and aesthetics. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, employing various orthodontic appliances such as braces and aligners. The role requires maintaining high standards of care while managing a caseload efficiently in a private practice environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive orthodontic assessments and diagnoses. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing patients' orthodontic needs. Apply and adjust orthodontic appliances including fixed and removable devices. Monitor treatment progression and modify plans as necessary to achieve optimal results. Educate patients on treatment processes, oral hygiene, and appliance care. Ensure compliance with private sector regulations and professional standards. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in orthodontics. Valid dental degree and specialist certification in Orthodontics. Current license to practice as a Specialist Orthodontist within the private sector. Proven experience in private practice managing diverse orthodontic cases. Strong knowledge of modern orthodontic methods and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and collaboration. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with strong organizational skills. Dedication to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.
