Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose patients with orthopedic disorders, injuries, and degenerative conditions. Perform a range of surgical procedures including joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and fracture repairs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and patient needs. Collaborate with physical therapists and rehabilitation teams to ensure effective recovery and rehabilitation processes. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, surgical procedures, and expected outcomes. Maintain clear and accurate medical records for all patient interactions and treatments. Stay updated on advancements in orthopedic surgery techniques and best practices. Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery. Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery. Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region. Significant experience in performing a wide range of orthopedic surgeries. Strong understanding of orthopedic anatomy and surgical techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
