This role is exclusively available for European based doctors interested in relocating to Dubai. SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon to join a leading private healthcare provider. This role involves delivering expert orthopedic care using the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques in a modern medical facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide best-in-class patient care. Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose orthopedic conditions accurately. Perform surgical interventions and post-operative care. Create and manage individualized treatment plans. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain comprehensive patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Stay informed about advancements in orthopedic surgery through continuous learning. Essential Requirements: Medical degree with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery. Board certification or equivalent qualification in Orthopedics. At least 5 years of clinical experience in orthopedic surgery within the private healthcare sector. Proficient surgical skills backed by successful patient outcomes. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and ongoing professional development. Authorization to practice medicine in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
