We are now looking for a Specialist, People & Culture to join our team in Finland.
Our team drives diversity, cultural transformation, talent development and improvement of ways of working. We provide compliant and efficient people & culture data and day to day operative services to the business.
The position is located in Helsinki or Espoo, with flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, Finland.

• Managing employee life-cycle process, including management of working hours and absences.
• Providing support to employees and managers in various employment related questions and issues
• Coordinating and administering employee benefits
• Coordination and participation in the recruitment process
• Being the main user of HR systems (SAP SuccesFactors and Time Management)
• Payroll co-operation
• Supporting in People & Culture related purchase requests and invoice handling
