Job Title: Specialist - Package Implementation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 (D365) Developer:
1. Customize and extend Dynamics 365 (CRM) to meet business requirements.
2. Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, including entities, workflows, forms, and business rules.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into effective D365 configurations.
4. Develop and maintain plug-ins, custom workflows, and integrations with other Microsoft technologies.
5. Provide technical expertise and guidance on Dynamics 365 best practices.
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Developer:
1. Design, develop, and implement SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
2. Collaborate with database administrators and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and design efficient ETL processes.
3. Create and maintain SSIS jobs for scheduled data imports and exports.
4. Troubleshoot and optimize existing SSIS packages for performance and scalability.
5. Implement data quality and validation checks within SSIS packages.
6. Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of SSIS with other systems.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer and SSIS Developer.
2. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, and configuration.
3. Proficiency in developing and customizing SSIS packages for ETL processes.
4. Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
5. Experience with data modeling, database design, and optimization.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
1. Dynamics 365 or SSIS certifications.
2. Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules (Finance and Operations, Business Central).
3. Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based ETL solutions.
