Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment strategies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. You will employ a mix of medical and interventional approaches while ensuring that each patient receives empathetic and respectful treatment. Key Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose patients with complex pain disorders through detailed medical history and physical examination Create individualized treatment plans that may involve medication, injections, physical therapy, and alternative therapies Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes Educate patients and their families about pain management options and lifestyle adjustments to support recovery Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans Stay informed on the latest advancements and best practices in Pain Medicine Medical degree and completion of a residency in Anesthesiology, Neurology, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Fellowship training in Pain Medicine or a related specialty A record of clinical experience in managing pain-related conditions Thorough knowledge of pain management approaches, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff Ability to work well in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of Pain Medicine Good salary packages plus other standard benefits like accommodation, annual air tickets, family benefits, medical insurance, etc.
