Description
This position will mainly focus on the following tasks which requires physical presence in the office: Corporate Secretarial duties, including drafting documents based on pre-approved legal templates, and communication with internal and external stakeholders for corporate documents. Other Legal department specific tasks, e.g., LP training plan,quarterly contingent liability reporting, monthly reporting updates, bi-monthly newsletter updates for senior management, credit check processes, etc.; Based on guidance provided by senior counsel, be able to handle simple PROC related some projects. We prefer candidates who are recent graduates, either undergraduate degree or master degree from China local university. A background in lawis a requirement for this position with minimal work experience of one year or less. We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
