Job Description The Partner Growth Strategy Specialist will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end strategy for vendor growth, focusing primarily on improving affordability of the platform. This role involves setting priorities across various growth levers, forecasting and planning for key commercial KPIs, and implementing a Partner ROI model that accounts for regional and country-specific factors across 15 markets in APAC and Europe. Main Responsibilities: Vendor Growth Direction: Lead the strategy for vendor growth with a primary focus on improving affordability of our platform and prioritize key levers to optimize growth across the vendor base. Forecasting & Planning: Own the forecasting and planning process for important KPIs in the commercial space, ensuring targets are met and performance is optimized. Partner ROI Model: Define and implement a comprehensive Partner ROI model across the region, incorporating country-specific needs and market dynamics to drive better decision-making and vendor performance. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic and process/project management roles and/or consulting. Proven success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup or tech environments, with a blend of consulting or similar experience. Strong track record of business achievements and international exposure. Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and country leaders regionally and globally. Self-starter mindset with a passion for building and establishing processes in a newly formed team. Clear, concise, and actionable communication skills. Team player who combines high performance with a positive, collaborative attitude.
