As a Specialist Pathologist in the private healthcare sector, you will be responsible for conducting detailed examinations and diagnostics of tissue samples and bodily fluids, delivering accurate and timely pathology reports, and collaborating closely with clinical teams to support effective patient management. Key Responsibilities: Perform microscopic and macroscopic analyses of specimens to diagnose diseases. Interpret laboratory test results including immunohistochemistry and molecular diagnostics. Prepare comprehensive pathology reports and provide expert consultations to clinicians. Maintain high standards of quality assurance and adhere to safety protocols within the laboratory. Engage actively in continuous professional development to stay updated with advancements in pathology. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams within the private healthcare environment. Qualifications and Experience: Medical degree with specialization in Pathology and valid medical licensure. Completion of an accredited pathology residency program. Board certification in Pathology is preferred. Proven experience working as a Specialist Pathologist, preferably within the private healthcare sector. Strong expertise in diagnostic pathology including histopathology, cytopathology, and related laboratory techniques. Excellent communication skills for consultation and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
