Description

CGRC is seeking an Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to handle the A/P & Payroll functions for the organization.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Process payroll for CGRC on a scheduled basis as determined by the organization.
  • Ensure appropriate authorized deductions are processed from employee paychecks. (i.e. federal, state, and local taxes, 403(b) contributions, benefit premiums, etc.)
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations related to payroll processing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements.
  • Develop and implement accounting and management reports as necessary.
  • Process vendor invoices for payment.
  • Reconcile petty cash transactions monthly.
  • Resolution of payment issues and communication with vendors as needed.
  • Ensure vendor files are complete and updated on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and distribute annual 1099 forms.
  • Reconcile organizational credit cards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
