Description
Responsible for maintaining payroll-related data in the payroll system. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Calculate final payments for resigning employees, including any outstanding entitlements and deductions. Submit tax clearance for leavers in accordance with tax regulations. Manage and administer the time attendance system, including updating schedules and correcting overtime records. Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize time attendance reports. Handle employees’ payroll-related queries through the ticketing system in a timely manner. Maintain payroll operations in accordance with policies and procedures, and recommend changes and improvements. Support change requests whenever needed. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources. Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (HR), with at least 1 year in payroll administration; OR minimum 10 years of working experience for candidates with a Diploma. Good knowledge of HR processes and HR IT systems. Basic understanding of statutory requirements and the Employment Act. Able to work within tight timelines.
