SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Specialist Pediatric Dentist to join a leading private healthcare sector facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert dental care to infants, children, and adolescents in a compassionate and patient-centered environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pediatric dental services, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of dental diseases. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans that promote optimal oral health and a positive dental experience for young patients. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough dental assessments and diagnose oral health issues in pediatric patients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs. Carry out a range of pediatric dental procedures, including restorative treatments, extractions, and preventive care such as fluoride applications and sealants. Provide education to children and their families on oral hygiene and preventive dental care. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to ensure a comfortable and stress-free dental environment. Maintain accurate dental records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care. Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry through ongoing professional development. Dental degree (DDS or DMD) with certification in Pediatric Dentistry. Valid and active dental license to practice in the private healthcare sector. Proven experience in treating pediatric dental patients within a clinical setting. Strong communication skills and ability to interact compassionately with children and their families. Expertise in pediatric dental procedures, behavior management, and preventive care.
