SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a skilled Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry to join a leading healthcare team dedicated to providing outstanding dental care for children. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents, while ensuring a positive and supportive environment that eases patient anxiety and promotes oral health education. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough dental examinations and identify oral health issues specific to pediatric patients. Develop customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each child. Perform a variety of pediatric dental procedures including preventive care, restorations, extractions, and space maintenance. Utilize behavior management techniques to ensure a comfortable experience for young patients. Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive dental care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards. Engage in continuing professional development to stay current with advances in pediatric dentistry. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Specialized training and certification in Pediatric Dentistry. Valid and active license to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven clinical experience in pediatric dental care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and their caregivers. Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures, behavior management, and preventive strategies. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
