This opportunity is open exclusively to European based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai. We are currently seeking a skilled Specialist Pediatric ER physician who is committed to delivering high-quality emergency care to children. This role involves managing acute pediatric emergencies in a private healthcare setting, offering an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art resources and a supportive multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be adept at rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric patients in critical conditions, while maintaining compassionate communication with families. Responsibilities: Perform timely assessment and stabilization of pediatric patients presenting with emergency medical conditions. Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of acute illnesses and injuries in children. Conduct emergency procedures including intubations, laceration repair, and IV insertions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care. Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients’ families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in electronic medical records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training activities within the private sector facility. Medical degree with completion of Pediatrics residency and Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship. Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Valid and current medical license to practice in the private sector jurisdiction. Experience in pediatric emergency medicine, preferably in private healthcare settings. Ability to make quick, evidence-based decisions under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills for working with children and families. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to private healthcare standards. Proficient in electronic health record systems and medical technology.
