SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Specialist Pediatric to join a reputable Private Healthcare Group. This position offers the chance to provide exceptional pediatric care in a private healthcare setting, delivering personalized medical services and support to young patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive examinations and assessments of pediatric patients. Identify, diagnose, and manage various pediatric diseases and conditions. Administer preventive care, including immunizations and routine health checks. Educate parents and guardians on child health, nutrition, and safety. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals within the private group for holistic care delivery. Maintain detailed, accurate patient records complying with healthcare standards. Keep abreast of developments in pediatric medicine and incorporate best practices into care. M.D. or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution. Completed pediatric residency or equivalent specialized training. Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics is mandatory. Valid medical license to practice in the jurisdiction where the private healthcare group operates. Proven clinical experience in pediatric care within a private healthcare environment preferred. Strong communication skills with a patient- and family-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
