Your role will involve diagnosing and managing pediatric patients requiring surgical interventions, ensuring both safety and high-quality outcomes. As part of an esteemed medical team, you will have the chance to collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals in a state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of pediatric patients to determine surgical needs Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized surgical treatment plans Perform a range of advanced surgical procedures tailored to the needs of young patients Manage postoperative recovery, ensuring effective care and patient safety Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to promote holistic patient care Engage in continuous professional development and advocate for best practices in pediatric surgery Qualifications: Medical degree with a focus on Pediatric Surgery Active medical license and board certification in Pediatric Surgery Completion of a Pediatric Surgery fellowship training program Extensive experience in performing pediatric surgical procedures Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate approach to patient and family interactions Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
