About The Role *This is a part time role working two days per week* The Specialist, People Data & Payroll will deliver professional HR expertise and sound judgement in the form of advice, coaching and general assistance on HR policy, guidelines and processes. This role will be the primary point of call for all employees at Electrolux providing support across all facets of HR including reward, recognition, benefits, learning & development, global mobility and payroll. In support of ongoing business improvement efforts, the Specialist, People Data & Payroll will also participate and at times lead HR project initiatives. You will join a high performing HR team that tackle real improvements to our workforce experience. What You’ll Do As the primary point of contact for all HR & payroll queries, your day will include providing generalist advice and support on human resource policy and practice including employment arrangements, remuneration, global mobility learning and development course coordination and cyclical activities. You will be responsible for all processes throughout the employment life cycle including the delivery of contracts and letters in line with our employment framework, management of our onboarding, reward, benefits and recognition programs and offboarding activities. You will maintain and support various HR systems including our payroll, learning and HR platforms providing ad hoc metrics and reporting as required. You will assist in the preparation and delivery of annual and periodic activities including but not limited to the Salary Review, WGEA and ABS reporting and the Employee Engagement Survey. You will engage with the wider HR community to at times lead and support continuous improvement initiatives which may include the creation of knowledge materials, process guides, reference tools and service process workflow diagrams. Who You Are Degree Qualification in Human Resources Previous experience in fast paced generalist HR roles, with focus on people systems, data management and reporting You will be curious and energetic with a can-do attitude and will be able to use your growth mindset to ensure a remarkable employee experience, recognising customer service as a critical part of your role. You will have an eye for detail and thrive on identifying opportunities for improvement with a focus on automation.
