JOB TITLE People and Organization Specialist | MAF LifeStyle | People & Organization ROLE SUMMARY The People and Organization Specialist is responsible for providing seamless employee experience to all Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle employees throughout their life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding in addition to monitoring the services provided by the different Global Solutions towers. The role is also responsible for the implementation of people and organization related policies and procedures and companywide people and organization initiatives. ROLE PROFILE Responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding is delivered to Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle new joiners through coordinating and managing the global solutions onboarding team. Responsible for ensuring all visa related matters are completed by liaising with government relations. Responsible for ensuring offboarding process is seamlessly completed for all leavers through continuous coordination with the global solutions offboarding team. Responsible for maintaining an updated org structure in compliance with the budget and forecast. Responsible for accuracy of all employee information and complete documentation through the employee life cycle. Ensure employee issues are dealt with in a prompt time frame. Build strong professional relationships across Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle business by providing excellent administrative services and being the point of contact for people and organization process related queries. Responsible for the medical insurance enrollment and deletion through coordinating with the Employee Life Cycle team. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources Management. 2- 4 years’ experience in a Human Resources role. Strong command of Microsoft Excel is a must. Excellent communication skills. Retail experience is a plus. Fluency in English — both written and verbal.
