We love that you will… HR Systems Support & Administration Provide day to day administration, configuration, and maintenance of HR systems HR Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and timely system updates People Data & Reporting: Perform on transforming people data into meaningful insights that support evidence based decision making across the organization Issue Management & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of support for system issues reported by HR teams and employees Troubleshoot functional or technical problems and coordinate solutions with IT or external vendors Track incidents, root causes, and ensure timely resolution Support data audits, cleansing activities, and data migration tasks Manage user access, permissions, and system roles Data Analysis & Insights Convert complex data into simple, executive friendly visualizations and presentations, develops dashboards and reports, and partners closely with HR and business leaders to improve workforce outcomes through analytics System Enhancements, Continuous Improvement & Digitalization: Support analysis, design, and testing of new features, enhancements, or integration Participate in requirement gathering and translate HR needs into system specifications Implement HR applications/HR computerized systems together with cross functional teams that are IT application, Finance, HR Operation and Business Intelligence. Tracking, monitoring and assuring non-compensation data accuracy and integrity in the HRIS system/database and supplying raw data extracted from HRMS upon request. Work closely with external vendors, consultants, and internal D&T teams on support tickets, enhancements, and projects Control, configure and customize HRMS accessibility to attain maximum data security Training, Communication & User Enablement: Develop user guides, FAQs, and communication materials Provide training to HR teams and employees on system features and workflows Promote adoption of digital HR tools across the organization We love that you are… Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field Minimum 3 years in HRIS implementation Proven experience creating and implementing HR technology solutions Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, and/or SQL Experience with SuccessFactors Reporting & Query Tools is an advantage Able to visualize data and communicate insights effectively Skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures Service-oriented with a customer-first mindset High attention to detail and data accuracy Adaptable with a continuous learning attitude Strong communication in both Thai and English Welcome to our Crafting & Supply The magic happens at our crafting facilities, where we combine centuries-old crafting traditions and high-quality materials with modern production techniques.
