JOB SUMMARY The Specialist – Performance Management is responsible for supporting the execution and administration of Sidra Medicine’s corporate-wide performance management initiatives. This includes ensuring the timely completion of probation confirmation for new staff, managing the full appraisal cycle, analyzing performance data, and identifying trends to proactively address potential risks. The role also involves providing continuous support to enhance and streamline performance management processes and systems. KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Supports the Performance and Performance and Succession Planning Manager in executing performance management initiatives in line with departmental goals and Sidra Medicine’s strategic objectives. Administers and ensures the timely completion of Sidra Medicine’s performance appraisal system, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and policies. Continuously improve the system based on user feedback, best practices, and management direction. Analyzes performance appraisal data, prepare reports, and evaluate trends to identify areas for improvement or potential risks. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance performance management processes. Collaborates closely with the training team to analyze performance appraisal results and support the identification of training and development needs across the organization. Acts as a point of contact for employees regarding performance management processes, addressing concerns and providing guidance to ensure understanding and adherence to performance policies and procedures. Delivers training sessions and workshops to educate staff on performance management best practices, systems, and tools. Ensures timely and accurate completion of probation confirmations for new staff, providing ongoing support to employees and managers throughout the appraisal process to ensure smooth execution. Collaborates with the compensation team and employee relations to provide necessary performance-related information, ensuring alignment between performance outcomes, staff movements, and employee relations matters. Works closely with the IT department to resolve performance management system issues, acting as a liaison between system users and IT for troubleshooting and system enhancements. Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Economics or another relevant field Experience 5+ years of relevant experience
