Responsibilities
  • Technical development of a performance management (incl. KPIs, corresponding analyses and scorecards) for the entire Global Operations & Supply Chain division
  • Data preparation, analysis and interpretation as well as preparation of corresponding management recommendations for optimization (OPEX) and risk minimization
  • Development of standardized reporting formats and dashboards
  • Close coordination with all areas within Operations and Supply Chain as well as adjacent areas (Finance, IT, etc.)
  • Harmonization and standardization of all performance management processes with company standards and key figure
