Job Description We are looking for a strong Performance Marketing Specialist with a primary focus on Paid Social to join our dynamic regional performance marketing team. The role will require a hands on approach and be execution focused. You will be working closely with the regional performance marketing team in Dubai, UAE, as well as the local marketing teams across MENA countries to help them grow their business on our platform. Qualifications Paid Social Creating, developing, and optimizing paid social campaigns for app installs and re-engagement for multiple markets and platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter). Supporting the Performance Marketing Ad Operations team in daily operations with a hands-on approach and working closely with the Central Paid Social team to exchange best practices, insights, and trends. Working closely with the regional performance marketing team and strengthening integration with local marketing teams on growth initiatives and plans. Managing, uploading, and optimizing product feeds for dynamic ads following best practices. Conducting tests and experiments to measure incrementality and performance impact of paid social channels. Understanding, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance by identifying key KPIs and driving improvements through actionable insights. ASO Test, track, analyze, and optimize keywords and rankings across app stores. Carry out competitive analysis based on keywords, app rankings, and category trends. Support the visibility of our apps on the MENA App Store and Google Play Store. Create and implement ASO best practices to improve conversion rates, visibility, and downloads. Create and maintain weekly/monthly ASO performance reporting with insights and recommendations. Liaise with local and regional teams to support in-app events, promotional content, and Custom Product Pages / Custom Store Listings. Additional Information Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or business disciplines. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Social. Working knowledge of Google Play Store Console and App Store Connect. Strong experience across Paid Social platforms is highly preferred. Experience working with MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Firebase, etc. is a plus. AI-powered workflow optimization experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
