• Manage day-to-day operations of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts for calvinklein.com across multiple European markets
• Implement keyword strategies, bidding tactics, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and A/B experiments to improve campaign efficiency
• Optimize campaign performance toward key KPIs including ROAS, traffic, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost
• Collaborate with in-house teams including eCommerce Trade, CRM, Analytics, and Creative to align Paid Search strategy with business goals and content calendars
• Monitor budgets and pacing across markets, ensuring optimal spend and ROI
• Generate performance reports and insights to inform planning and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with central PVH Digital and Marketing teams to align on cross-brand media innovation and testing opportunities
• Stay ahead of platform trends, beta features, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
