SPECIALIST, PERFORMANCE & REWARD TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN VANTAA
Have you found strong interest for performance & reward topics and are you eager to learn more? We are looking for a Specialist, Performance & Reward to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our performance & reward processes and practices work efficiently, are beneficial for our employees and managers and bring value to business.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing selected performance & reward topics such as our ad hoc rewarding model, annual employee award process and blue-collar performance management process. In addition, you will support performance & reward team colleagues in managing a wide array of other processes and practices such as bonus outcome review, merit review and employee listening. The scope of the role can, to an extent, be adjusted based on your experience and interest. In addition, there are many important development projects in which you have a chance to participate in.
You’ll work closely with our wider HR team (e.g., People Technology and Business HRs in all Fazer countries) to ensure a seamless and high-quality manager and employee experience in Performance & Reward topics. You will guide and train HRs and Managers in your responsibility areas.
